Upon successful payment for any Qwint Caption license or credit package:

• Your license key and activation instructions will be delivered instantly to the email address provided during checkout.
• Your account balance will be automatically credited in real-time.
• You can download the latest version of our software immediately from your dashboard.

In rare cases (such as payment gateway delays or email server issues), it may take up to 24 hours to receive your license key. If you have not received your license key within 1 hour of payment, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is not there, contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.
