Terms of Service

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Qwintsoft LLP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Qwint Caption on up to two (2) computers solely owned or controlled by you, for your personal or professional use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Share your license key with third parties
• Use the Software to generate captions for content you do not have the right to use

Qwint Caption uses a credit-based system for AI transcription. One (1) credit represents one (1) minute of audio processed. Credits included with your license and any purchased top-up credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits do not expire.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are displayed in INR and are subject to change. Your one-time license purchase entitles you to use the Software version available at time of purchase, plus updates for one (1) year from the purchase date.

We will provide software updates and bug fixes for one (1) year from the date of purchase. After this period, the Software will continue to function on the last supported version, but no updates will be provided unless you purchase an updated license.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
