7-Day Refund Policy
At Qwint Caption, we strive to deliver a reliable, high-quality product. If you experience a genuine issue with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase date. All refund requests are reviewed individually and must meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.
01 Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- You have used 10% or less of your plan's included credits.
- The software cannot be activated or used due to a verified technical issue caused by Qwint Caption.
- Our support team is unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting.
- You accidentally purchased the same license more than once (duplicate purchase).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval.
02 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be approved in the following situations:
- The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- More than 10% of the included plan credits have been consumed.
- Credit top-up purchases or additional credit purchases.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- The software is no longer needed.
- Purchasing the wrong plan or package.
- Failure to review the product description, features, or system requirements before purchasing.
- Compatibility issues with unsupported operating systems, software versions, or third-party applications.
- Requests based on features that are clearly not advertised.
- Purchases made through unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods.
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
- Refund requests that we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, or intended to misuse the refund policy.
03 Technical Support Before Refund
If you experience a technical issue, please contact our support team before requesting a refund.
Most installation, activation, or compatibility issues can be resolved quickly. If our team determines that the issue is caused by Qwint Caption and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, your refund request will be reviewed according to this policy.
04 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team with:
- Your full name.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- Your Razorpay transaction or order ID.
- A brief description of the issue or reason for your request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
05 Refund Review Process
Each refund request is reviewed individually based on this policy.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Refund eligibility is determined after reviewing your purchase information, account usage, and any applicable technical findings.
